We have designed our products to last for a long time. We are offering a warranty on all of our products. Please find below a summary and the detailed warranty policies for our products.
Full warranty policies valid as of September 1st, 2021.
Yaasa Studios Inc. (“Yaasa”, “we” or “us”) warrants this adjustable bed to the consumer who is the Original Purchaser. This warranty begins on the “Warranty Commencement Date,” as defined below. For this warranty to be valid, the Purchaser must show original proof of purchase. If the Original Purchaser shows written proof of purchase (including the date of purchase), then the Warranty Commencement Date is the purchase date. If that proof is not presented, then Yaasa in its sole and absolute discretion shall determine whether the adjustable bed is covered by this warranty and what the Warranty Commencement Date is; Yaasa in its sole discretion may use the manufacturing date as the “Warranty Commencement Date” for purposes of this Warranty.
This warranty is extended solely to the Original Purchaser and is not transferable. The adjustable bed does not include the mattress, the sheets, the pillows or any item other than the adjustable bed and the remote control. On the terms and conditions specified below, Yaasa provides this warranty to the Original Purchaser for the adjustable bed for the limited periods and to the extent provided below. All warranty claims require notice from the Original Purchaser to be given to Yaasa in the manner set out below, and to be received by Yaasa prior to the expiration of each of the applicable warranty time periods described below.
Year 1: Full Warranty
For the first year following the Warranty Commencement Date, the adjustable bed is warranted against non-excluded defects in Yaasa’s workmanship, craftsmanship or materials based on the criteria listed below. During the first year following the Warranty Commencement Date, Yaasa will, upon receiving from the Original Purchaser written notice describing the defective part and the defect with reasonable specificity, supply replacement parts for any defective bed part at no cost to the Original Purchaser. Yaasa will pay all transportation costs associated with the delivery of replacement parts found to be defective. For this first-year full warranty to be valid, any and all defective or malfunctioning parts must be returned by the Original Purchaser to Yaasa within 15 days of Original Purchaser receiving replacement parts. Yaasa will pay for return shipping costs.
Year 2 through 10: Limited Warranty
From the first (1st) anniversary of the Warranty Commencement Date and continuing until the tenth (10th) anniversary of the Warranty Commencement Date, Yaasa will issue replacements (upon terms and conditions described below) for any steel, aluminum or mechanical bed part found to be defective or malfunctioning upon receiving notice from the Original Purchaser. This does not apply to electronics, electrical components, drive motors and massage motors. The Original Purchaser may make a warranty claim with respect to each other component of this adjustable bed only one time and must return any and all defective or malfunctioning parts to Yaasa within 15 days of Purchaser receiving replacement parts.
Original Purchaser will be solely responsible for paying all transportation, shipping and handling costs related to the replacement of the defective part that is replaced pursuant to this limited, nine-year warranty through the tenth (10th) anniversary of the Warranty Commencement Date. Further, the Original Purchaser is responsible to pay a portion of the cost of the replacement steel, aluminum or mechanical part, based on the number of years that the bed has been owned by the Original Purchaser since the first anniversary of the Warranty Commencement Date. The Original Purchaser will be required to pay one-tenth (1/10th) of the then current replacement cost of the part, multiplied times the number of whole and partial years past the first (1st) anniversary of the Warranty Commencement Date. This portion is calculated using the following formula: Cost of the part divided by 10, multiplied by the number of whole and partial years the Original Purchaser has owned the bed since the end of the first (1st) anniversary of the Warranty Commencement Date.
After Tenth (10th) Year
After the tenth (10th) anniversary of the Warranty Commencement Date, the Original Purchaser will be responsible for the entire cost of replacing all defective parts and materials, including transportation costs associated with the repair or part replacement.
Additional Terms and Conditions
This warranty does not apply:
- If any damage to the adjustable bed is caused by the Original Purchaser.
- If there has been any unauthorized repair or replacement of parts.
- If the adjustable bed has been mishandled, subjected to physical or electrical abuse or misuse, or otherwise operated in any manner inconsistent with the operation and maintenance procedures outlined in the Owner’s Manual and this warranty.
- To damage to mattresses, fabric, cables, and electrical cords.
- If there has been any modification of the adjustable bed without prior written consent by Yaasa.
- If the recommended weight restrictions (see Owner’s Manual) and guidelines for proper distribution of weight outlined in the Owner’s Manual are not followed.
- If the Original Purchaser sells, gives or transfers the adjustable bed to another person.
Any repairs to or replacement to the adjustable bed or its components under the terms of this limited warranty do not exceed the applicable warranty period from the Warranty Commencement Date. The decision to repair or replace defective parts under this warranty is at the option and sole discretion of Yaasa.
Yassa’s obligation to deliver a replacement part in accordance with the terms of this warranty, above, will be the sole remedy of the Original Purchaser.
Disclaimer; Limitation of Damages
EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTY DESCRIBED ABOVE, YASSA HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THIS ADJUSTABLE BED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ALL WARRANTIES ARISING UNDER STATUTE, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM USAGE OF TRADE, COURSE OF DEALING OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, YASSA SPECIFICALLY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE ADJUSTABLE BED WILL MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF CUSTOMER OR THAT IT WILL OPERATE WITHOUT ERROR.
Neither Yaasa nor any of its parent or subsidiary entities, and none of the officers, directors, other affiliates or agents of Yassa or its subsidiaries shall have any liability for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or for any other damage, claim or loss not expressly covered by the terms of this warranty. No reimbursement will be made to the Original Purchaser for inconvenience, removal, installation, setup time, loss of use, shipping, or any other costs or expenses not covered by this warranty. Yaasa will not have any liability for the cost of any in-home service performed on adjustable beds.
The above disclaimer and limitation of damages may not apply to every Original Purchaser, as some states do not permit such disclaimers and limitations on damages. This warranty allows the Original Purchaser specific legal rights. The Original Purchaser may also have other rights, which can vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. This warranty is valid in the United States and in Canada.

Yaasa Studios Inc. (“Yaasa”, “we” or “us”) extends this Signature Weighted, Serenity Weighted, Luxe Weighted, Infinity and Elements Blanket Limited Warranty (the “Blanket Limited Warranty”) with respect to the Yaasa Weighted, Infinity and Element Blankets (collectively, the “Blanket”).
Who may use this Blanket Limited Warranty?
We extend this Blanket Limited Warranty only to the consumer who originally purchased a Blanket (“you”). This Blanket Limited Warranty does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the Blanket.
What is the period of coverage of this Blanket Limited Warranty?
The Blanket Limited Warranty begins on the date of purchase of a new Blanket and lasts for a period of one (1) year (the “Limited Warranty Period”). The Limited Warranty Period terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the Blanket. Repairs or exchanges performed under this Blanket Limited Warranty do not extend the Limited Warranty Period.
What does this Blanket Limited Warranty cover?
We warrant that the Blanket sold to you in its original packaging will be free from material defects in material and workmanship during the Limited Warranty Period; provided the Blanket is used and cared for in accordance with the requirements of this Blanket Limited Warranty and our Use & Care Instructions, located at https://us.yaasa.com/faq/
What is excluded from this Blanket Limited Warranty?
The Blanket Limited Warranty does not cover the following:
- Physical abuse or damage to the Blanket, including, without limitation, damage caused by burns, cuts, tears, liquids, stains, bodily fluids, or soil marks.
- Comfort preference.
- Damage to the Blanket caused by or associated with any of the following:
- delivery
- normal wear and tear
- use under circumstances exceeding our specifications or limitations or contrary to any instructions or information contained in our manuals or literature (as supplemented by us from time to time) and which are available online at https://us.yaasa.com/faq/
- failure to provide proper care and maintenance
- improper storage, cleaning, handling, or use
- accidents, fire, flood, “acts of God,” or other actions or events beyond the reasonable control of us, or any unauthorized service or repairs to the Blanket.
- Minor imperfections or variations, including, without limitation, loose threads, uneven stitching, and minor color variations.
- Any Blanket used at any time for commercial or medical purposes or any purpose other than residential consumer use.
- Any Blanket which is not purchased new.
- Any Blanket which is not purchased from us.
- Any modifications to the Blanket or any damage caused by the modifications.
- Any costs or expenses related to your loss of use of the Blanket or any other costs or expenses not covered by this Blanket Limited Warranty.
What steps are you required to take to obtain warranty service?
In order to be eligible for service under this Blanket Limited Warranty, your claim must be made within thirty (30) days after you become aware of a defect and within the Limited Warranty Period. In addition, in order to be eligible to receive service under this Blanket Limited Warranty, you must contact one of our Customer Experience Representatives by sending us an email at hello@yaasa.com. Further, in order to be eligible for service under this Blanket Limited Warranty, you must provide to us a copy of your original receipt for your purchase showing the order number, date of purchase, the price you paid, the description of the Blanket you purchased, and a description, including pictures if available, for the basis for your claim.
If our Customer Experience Representative cannot solve the problem over the phone, you may be directed to ship, at your risk and expense, the Blanket to us for our inspection, in which case you will be provided with shipping information, packaging instructions, and a return merchandise authorization number. YOU MAY NOT SHIP THE BLANKET TO US UNTIL WE ISSUE A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
What will we do?
Upon the terms of this Blanket Limited Warranty, if a Blanket has material defects in material or workmanship, we will, at our sole discretion, either (a) repair the Blanket or (b) provide a replacement Blanket at no charge and ship the repaired or replaced Blanket to you at no charge. We reserve the right to discontinue or make changes to any Blanket without notice and without obligating us to make these changes to previously sold Blankets. If any Blanket is not available for whatever reason, we also reserve the right to provide a replacement Blanket of comparable quality and price.
If the Blanket is not covered by the Blanket Limited Warranty, you will bear the cost of any repair of the Blanket and the shipping costs to return the Blanket to you, and we will provide you with a price quote for the repair and shipping costs.
How does State law relate to this Blanket Limited Warranty?
This Blanket Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
What are the other limitations and terms of this Blanket Limited Warranty?
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THE BLANKET, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD OR, IF SHORTER, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY PERIOD UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS BLANKET LIMITED WARRANTY. OUR LIABILITY, WHETHER UNDER CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, WILL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE BLANKET, NOR WILL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE BLANKET OR ITS USE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THOSE DAMAGES. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This Blanket Limited Warranty is the only warranty we provide with respect to a Blanket. No dealer, distributor, sales representative, employee, or other person is authorized to offer or establish additional warranties or remedies or to expand or otherwise modify this Blanket Limited Warranty.
This Blanket Limited Warranty is valid in all 50 U.S. States.

What is the period of coverage of this Mattress Limited Warranty?
The Mattress Limited Warranty begins on the date of purchase of a new Mattress (the “Warranty Start Date”) and lasts for a period of ten (10) years (the “Limited Warranty Period”). The Limited Warranty Period terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the Mattress. Replacements or exchanges provided under this Mattress Limited Warranty do not extend the Limited Warranty Period.
What does this Mattress Limited Warranty cover?
We warrant that the Mattress sold to you will be free from material defects in material and workmanship during the Limited Warranty Period; provided the Mattress is used and cared for in accordance with the requirements of this Mattress Limited Warranty and our Use & Care Instructions, located at https://us.yaasa.com/faq/
Without limiting the foregoing, this Mattress Limited Warranty covers the following items during normal use
- Coils or foam inserts that are loose or broken, or that protrude or rip through the Mattress fabric.
- Visible body impressions greater than 1.5 inches (measured at the center of the Mattress, not on or near a stitch line) that are not associated with an indentation or sag resulting from or caused by the use of an improper or unsupportive foundation or bed base.
- Sagging that is not associated with the use of an improper support system.
What is excluded from this Mattress Limited Warranty?
The Mattress Limited Warranty does not cover the following:
- Destruction or removal of the inner fire barrier of the Mattress.
- Damage associated with an improper or inadequate foundation, bed frame, and/or support system.
- Normal contouring of the Mattress due to normal use, temperature, or humidity.
- Comfort/Firmness preference beyond the 100 Night Trial period.
- Physical abuse or damage to the Mattress, including, without limitation, damage caused by burns, cuts, tears, liquid, stains, bodily fluids, or soil marks.
- Damage to the Mattress caused by or associated with any of the following:
- Delivery
- Normal wear and tear
- Use under circumstances exceeding our specifications or limitations or contrary to any instructions or information contained in our installation or maintenance manuals (as supplemented by us from time to time) and which are available online at https://us.yaasa.com/faq/
- Failure to provide proper care and maintenance• improper storage, handling, use, or cleaning, including without limitation, storage of the Mattress on its side or carrying the Mattress by its handles
- Your failure within fourteen (14) days of delivery to completely remove the Mattress from the packaging and allow the Mattress to decompress and fully expand after shipping
- Accidents, fire, flood, “acts of God,” or other actions or events beyond the reasonable control of us, or
- Any unauthorized service or repairs to the Mattress.
- Zippers, bed height, or sheet fit.
- Minor imperfections or variations, including, without limitation, loose threads.
- Any Mattress used at any time for commercial or medical purposes or any purpose other than residential consumer use.
- Any Mattress which is not purchased new.
- Any Mattress which is not purchased from us or an authorized reseller.
- Any modifications to the Mattress or any damage caused by the modifications.
- Any costs or expenses related to your loss of use of the Mattress or any other costs or expenses not covered by this Mattress Limited Warranty.
What steps are you required to take to obtain warranty service?
In order to be eligible for service under this Mattress Limited Warranty, your claim must be made within thirty (30) days after you become aware of a defect and within the Limited Warranty Period. If our Customer Experience Representative cannot solve the problem over the phone, you may be directed to remove and ship, both at your risk and expense, the Mattress to us for our inspection, in which case you will be provided with shipping information, packaging instructions, and a return merchandise authorization number. YOU MAY NOT SHIP THE MATTRESS TO US UNTIL WE ISSUE A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. If the Mattress is not covered by the Mattress Limited Warranty, or if you do not use any Warranty Credit (defined below) within the time permitted, you will bear the shipping costs to return the Mattress to you, and we will provide you with a quote for the shipping costs.
What will we do?
During the First Five Years of the Limited Warranty Period. Upon the terms of this Mattress Limited Warranty, if you submit a valid Mattress Limited Warranty claim during the first five years of the Limited Warranty Period, and the Mattress has material defects in material or workmanship, we will, at no charge to you, (a) provide you with a new replacement Mattress or (b) if the Mattress you purchased has been discontinued or is no longer available, provide you with a new Mattress of comparable quality (or, in our discretion, of greater quality). We will also recycle or dispose of any defective Mattress.
During the Sixth through Tenth Years of the Limited Warranty Period. Upon the terms of this Mattress Limited Warranty, if you submit a valid Mattress Limited Warranty claim during the sixth through tenth years of the Limited Warranty Period, and the Mattress has material defects in material or workmanship, we will provide you with a credit (a “Warranty Credit”), in the amount determined by the Calculation of Warranty Credit Table below. You may use the Warranty Credit toward the purchase of (a) a new replacement Mattress or (b) if the Mattress you purchased has been discontinued or is no longer available, a new Mattress of comparable or greater quality. The Warranty Credit may only be used for the purchase of a Mattress during the ninety (90) day period after the date we receive your Mattress Limited Warranty claim. Warranty Credits are not transferable. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to deliver a new Mattress to you. You may apply any Warranty Credit you may receive toward the applicable Mattress purchase price and/or any shipping charges. You will be responsible for recycling or disposing of any defective Mattress.

We extend this Limited Warranty only to the consumer who originally purchased a Sleep and Bedding Accessory (“you”). This Limited Warranty does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the Sleep and Bedding Accessory.
What is the period of coverage of this Limited Warranty?
The Limited Warranty begins on the date of purchase of a new Sleep and Bedding Accessory and lasts for a period of one (1) year (the “Limited Warranty Period”). The Limited Warranty Period terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the Sleep and Bedding Accessory. Repairs or exchanges performed under this Limited Warranty do not extend the Limited Warranty Period.
What does this Limited Warranty cover?

What is excluded from this Limited Warranty?

What steps are you required to take to obtain warranty service?

What will we do?
Upon the terms of this Limited Warranty, if a Sleep and Bedding Accessory has material defects in material or workmanship, we will, at our sole discretion, either (a) repair the Sleep and Bedding Accessory or (b) provide a replacement Sleep and Bedding Accessory at no charge and ship the repaired or replaced Sleep and Bedding Accessory to you at no charge. We reserve the right to discontinue or make changes to any Sleep and Bedding Accessory without notice and without obligating us to make these changes to previously sold Sleep and Bedding Accessory. If any Sleep and Bedding Accessory is not available for whatever reason, we also reserve the right to provide a replacement Sleep and Bedding Accessory of comparable quality and price.
If the Sleep and Bedding Accessory is not covered by the Limited Warranty, you will bear the cost of any repair of the Sleep and Bedding Accessory and the shipping costs to return the Sleep and Bedding Accessory to you, and we will provide you with a price quote for the repair and shipping costs.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THE SLEEP AND BEDDING ACCESSORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD OR, IF SHORTER, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY PERIOD UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. This Limited Warranty is the only warranty we provide with respect to a Sleep and Bedding Accessory. No dealer, distributor, sales representative, employee, or other person is authorized to offer or establish additional warranties or remedies or to expand or otherwise modify this Limited Warranty.

Yaasa Studios Inc. (“Yaasa”, “we” or “us”) extends this Limited Warranty for its desks, chairs and work accessories (the “Limited Warranty”) with respect to the Yaasa desks, chairs and work accessories (collectively, the “Office Furniture and Accessories”).
Who may use this Limited Warranty?
We extend this Limited Warranty only to the consumer who originally purchased Office Furniture and Accessories (“you”). This Limited Warranty does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the Office Furniture and Accessories.
What is the period of coverage of this Limited Warranty?
The Limited Warranty begins on the date of purchase of new Office Furniture and Accessories and lasts for a period of two (2) years (the “Limited Warranty Period”). The Limited Warranty Period terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the Office Furniture and Accessories . Repairs or exchanges performed under this Limited Warranty do not extend the Limited Warranty Period.
What does this Limited Warranty cover?
We warrant that the Office Furniture and Accessories sold to you in its original packaging will be free from material defects in material and workmanship during the Limited Warranty Period; provided the Office Furniture and Accessories are used and cared for in accordance with the requirements of this Limited Warranty and our Use and Care Instructions, located at https://us.yaasa.com/faq/
What is excluded from this Limited Warranty?
The Limited Warranty does not cover the following:
- Physical abuse or damage to the Office Furniture and Accessories, including, without limitation, damage caused by burns, cuts, scuffs, marks, tears, liquids, stains, bodily fluids, or soil marks.
- Comfort preference.
- Damage to the Office Furniture and Accessories caused by or associated with any of the following:
- delivery
- normal wear and tear
- use under circumstances exceeding our specifications or limitations or contrary to any instructions or information contained in our manuals or literature (as supplemented by us from time to time) and which are available online at https://us.yaasa.com
- failure to provide proper care and maintenance
- improper storage, cleaning, handling, or use
- accidents, fire, flood, “acts of God,” or other actions or events beyond the reasonable control of us, or any unauthorized service or repairs to the Office Furniture and Accessories.
- Minor imperfections or variations, including, without limitation, loose threads, uneven stitching, and minor color variations.
- Any Office Furniture and Accessories which are not purchased new.
- Any Office Furniture and Accessories which are not purchased from us.
- Any modifications to the Office Furniture and Accessories or any damage caused by the modifications.
- Any costs or expenses related to your loss of use of the Office Furniture and Accessories or any other costs or expenses not covered by this Limited Warranty.
What steps are you required to take to obtain warranty service?
In order to be eligible for service under this Limited Warranty, your claim must be made within thirty (30) days after you become aware of a defect and within the Limited Warranty Period. In addition, in order to be eligible to receive service under this Limited Warranty, you must contact one of our Customer Experience Representatives by sending us an email at hello@yaasa.com. Further, in order to be eligible for service under this Limited Warranty, you must provide to us a copy of your original receipt for your purchase showing the order number, date of purchase, the price you paid, the description of the Office Furniture and Accessories you purchased, and a description, including pictures if available, for the basis for your claim.
