Most of our in-stock products ship in 1–3 business days, but please check product detail page for specific shipment timelines and back-order notifications.
We ship from Grand Rapids, Michigan and Santa Barbara, California. Your order will ship from the fulfillment center nearest you by default unless one or more of the shipments in your order is out of stock at that location.
Once we ship your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number(s) so you can monitor the shipments.
Barring unexpected carrier delays, you should receive your shipment(s) within 2-7 business days from the date it shipped.
Our shipping partner may have delivered to an alternate entrance, building lobby, or to a neighbor by mistake. We recommend checking these places first to rule this out as a possibility.
It’s also possible that your order is still on the way but was mistakenly scanned as delivered. In these cases, the order usually arrives within the next 5 business days.

We currently only ship to the contiguous 48 states. We can however get you a quote for international shipping, please contact us.
