We designed this cozy weighted blanket for your little ones to help them switch off after a long day of learning and play. Sleeping under weight is proven to help kids do exactly that by relaxing the body into a naturally deep, longer sleep. They will love the heavenly soft fleece cover and cooling bamboo inner blanket. The quilted insert is filled with the quietest micro silicon beads for a peaceful, even weight that promotes more restful sleep.

All Signature MINI Weighted Blankets are sized 40″ x 60″.

Cover: 100% Fleece made from polyester

Inner Blanket: 59% bamboo rayon, 41% polyester

Filling: 92% silicon beads, 8% polyester fiber

Just like our other weighted blankets, the Signature MINI uses the power of ‘deep touch therapy’ which creates the feeling of being held or being hugged. This increases serotonin and melatonin, the hormones responsible for relaxation, and decreases cortisol, the hormone responsible for stress – helping your kid feel calm and relaxed, priming them for sleep.

The Signature MINI is designed to be a lighter weight and smaller dimension than our other weighted blankets. It also features an easy-to-wash cover that is amazingly cozy.

FAQs

We recommend the Signature MINI Weighted Blanket be used for children ages 5 and up. Typically we recommend a blanket be no more than 10% of the child’s body weight. Click here to learn more about weighted blankets for children. 

If you are concerned with your child’s ability to remove the blanket on their own without assistance, we do not recommend letting them use the blanket without supervision and putting it away and out of reach when you are not home.

The cover is removable and machine washable. Select the gentle cycle on your washing machine and use cold water to wash your Signature MINI Weighted Blanket. Use the tumble dry low setting of your dryer.

If your child is between 80lbs to 100lbs we recommend the Signature Weighted Blanket 10lb option.
